On the right panel there is the Launch Wizard.
1) Choose MANUALLY CONFIGURE
2) Then CUSTOM Blog from the drop down menu.
3) Then your blog type (ie wordpress)
4) Then change the URL to your site, but keeping the ending "/xmlrpc.php" part
(ie http://www.mysite/blog/xmlrpc.php)
5) Then enter your "blog" admin (not your site) user name and password.
